Leadership Development Training is a collection of soft-skills training courses designed to develop employees with business skills needed for management positions. There are courses designed for non-management individuals seeking skills to prepare them for management and Management Level training for employees who are already in leadership.
Training for non-management employees consist of interpersonal communication, public speaking, business writing, critical thinking, and other critical areas of managmenet. Management Level Employees can enroll in Leadership Skills Training I and II. A more indepth description of the topics covered can be found in our course catalog.
Companies/Businesses who have individuals in management or pre-management positions can enroll their employees in these classes. Non-Management employees can not take the Leadership Skills Training I and II classes. Companies/Businesses must be enrolled as a client to register their employees for training.
