Manufacturing Fundamentals Program:
Provides core training in the areas companies consider most essential for a successful entry-level employee in a manufacturing environment. This course will cover the following basic manufacturing core classes:
- Manufacturing Math
- Precision Measurements
- Blueprint Reading
- Geometrical Dimension Tolerance
- Machine Shop Safety/Hand Tools
- Cutting Tool Geometry
This course will be within a 4 week period from June 8, 2026 – June 30, 2026. The classes will be on select days Monday – Thursday weekly. Class time will be 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM. The registration deadline for this course is Friday, May 29, 2026. A mandatory orientation will be held on Wednesday, June 3, 2026 from 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM at the Montgomery Regional Workforce Training Center.
**Participants must complete the entire program to receive a certificate.**
